Our dough contains 5 simple ingredients (6 if you add "love" into the mix) :Salt, Yeast, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Water and a mix of white and wholegrain stone-ground flour. We prove our dough between 12 and 36 hours to obtain a light, crispy and easy-to-digest pizza.  #keepitsimple
